This notice covers visitors to the StruktHQ marketing website and people who contact us about our services. You can reach the StruktHQ team at admin@strukthq.com.
Personal information held inside an organization’s dashboard, including member records and election information, requires the organization’s own notice and the applicable service agreement. This website notice does not replace those documents.
2. Information you choose to share
An inquiry may include your name, work email, organization name, the product you are interested in, your organization’s size and any message you choose to provide. If you email us, we also receive the email’s contents and related correspondence.
Please share only information needed for your inquiry. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, voter lists or other sensitive records in the website inquiry form.
3. How the inquiry form works
The form prepares a summary for you to review in your browser. Preparing an inquiry does not send it to StruktHQ or create an account. You can then open a draft in your email application or copy the summary.
StruktHQ receives the inquiry when you send it to admin@strukthq.com. Your email provider’s privacy terms also apply when you use its service. Form entries are not saved by this website to a database or browser storage; your browser may separately offer its own autofill features.
4. Why we use inquiry information
We use inquiry correspondence to answer questions, understand organizational requirements, prepare proposals, arrange requested follow-up and manage related customer discussions. It may also be needed to maintain appropriate business records or meet legal obligations.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this processing may be based on steps you request before entering a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, your consent or a legal obligation. We do not treat an inquiry as agreement to receive unrelated promotional messages.
5. Website technology and technical information
Your browser provides technical information needed to request and display webpages, such as an IP address and browser information. Website hosting services may process request or security records to deliver and protect the site.
The website uses one first-party cookie, strukthq_cookie_choice, to remember the choice you make in the cookie controls for up to 180 days. It is saved only when you choose “Use essential only”. It does not contain your inquiry details. You can clear it using Cookie settings in the footer.
The current website does not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers or other optional cookies. Fonts and images are served locally. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and the cookie controls should be updated before it is used. The Cookie Policy explains the current cookie in more detail.
7. Retention and protection
Inquiry correspondence should be kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage an ongoing relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and context of the correspondence rather than an automatic indefinite period.
Access to inquiry information should be limited to people who need it for these purposes. No website or email system can promise absolute security. Please contact us if you believe information sent to StruktHQ has been accessed or used improperly.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You can contact admin@strukthq.com to ask about information connected with your inquiry, request a correction or ask for deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, restrict or object to processing, receive portable information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and complain to a relevant data-protection authority. In Nigeria, the relevant authority is the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
For information held in an organization’s dashboard or election, contact that organization first. We can help direct a request to the appropriate contact.
9. Updates and contact
This notice should be updated when the website’s data handling changes. The date shown at the top identifies the latest draft. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to admin@strukthq.com.
