1. Scope of these terms
These terms cover the StruktHQ marketing website, product information and inquiry process. They are a working draft for review. Access to a paid Core Platform or Elections deployment is subject to a separate agreed order or service agreement.
An inquiry, prepared email or visit to this website does not purchase a subscription, reserve a deployment or create a binding paid-service agreement. If you are acting for an organization, you should have authority to make the relevant inquiry or commitment on its behalf.
2. Inquiries and communications
Provide accurate contact information and only information relevant to your request. The website lets you review an inquiry and open an email draft or copy its contents. You are responsible for choosing whether to send that correspondence.
Replies, proposals and deployment arrangements are handled separately by the StruktHQ team. Sending an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance of a requested deployment or a particular response time.
3. Product information and pricing
Website descriptions and prices explain the services currently offered. Confirm the applicable plan, voter limit, subscription period and deployment requirements with StruktHQ before committing to a purchase.
The Elections plans described on this website provide an annual subscription with unlimited elections within the selected maximum voter tier. Core Platform and Elections are separate entry points; a Core Platform subscription is not required to start with Elections.
The agreed order or service agreement should set out the final price, any applicable taxes, payment schedule, renewal arrangements, cancellation or refund terms and support commitments. This website does not collect subscription payments.
4. Responsible website use
Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate another person or organization, submit abusive or unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code or deliberately disrupt the website.
Information about another person should be shared only when you are entitled to share it. Do not use the inquiry form to submit confidential voter records, passwords or payment-card details.
5. Organization and election responsibilities
Organizations and Electoral Committees remain responsible for the authority to run an election, their election rules, voter eligibility, the accuracy of submitted records, required notices and consents, and decisions about publishing results.
StruktHQ’s tools support election administration. A deployment’s agreed terms should define the operational responsibilities of the organization and StruktHQ. The website does not determine the legal validity of an election or replace an organization’s governance rules or dispute-resolution process.
6. Branding and website content
StruktHQ branding, website materials and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, images and materials belong to their respective rights holders.
You may view and share links to the website for ordinary informational use. Reproducing substantial website content or presenting StruktHQ branding as your own requires permission or another lawful basis. Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your organization’s material to StruktHQ.
7. Privacy and third-party services
The Privacy Policy explains information shared through this website and inquiry correspondence. Organization and election data handled through the dashboard requires the applicable service documentation and privacy notices.
Your email application and provider operate under their own terms. Links to other services do not make StruktHQ responsible for their availability or content.
8. Availability and applicable rights
Website content may be corrected, updated or temporarily unavailable. The marketing website does not itself provide a service-level guarantee for a paid deployment; any such commitment must be set out in the applicable agreement.
These website terms do not exclude rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any allocation or limitation of liability for a paid service should be addressed in the service agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
9. Changes, questions and concerns
The date at the top identifies the latest draft of these website terms. Changes to an existing paid-service agreement must follow that agreement’s change process.
Questions about these terms, requests to use website material and concerns about the service can be sent to admin@strukthq.com. Please include enough information for the team to understand and respond to the issue.
